Procrastinating

I got this problem. I really procrastinate. I know its bad but i cant seem to do work unless its at the last minute. i have tried doing projects and papers early but i can never seem to do them. its like i dont have the will power to do it. Even when i do it seems my projects are better when i put them off to the night before its due. i dont get it at all. shouldn't it be the other way around?

hardest sport

I truly believe wrestling is the hardest sport, i have heard every argument in the book from your match only lasts 6 minutes while soccer or another sport will last for over an hour. i think that wrestling is the hardest sport not only because for that whole 6 minutes you are going 100% the whole time without a break and the hardest part about the sport is to maintain your weight and actually making the weight. wrestling is one of the few sports that requires more preparation then the actual match. what do you feel is the hardest sport?

Starting sports with children

Growing up, my parents would never let me join any sports teams other the little league. I remember in kindergarten asking my parents to join the wrestling team and they would not let me they told me that i had to wait till middle school to start any sports. I asked my parents about it a little while ago and asked them why they wouldn't let me. They said because they were afraid that the coaches may teach me just to win instead to love the sport. I still feel a little bummed that i never got the chance to do sports when i was real young, but i do understand why my parents did what they did. I'm wondering what do you feel about kids starting sports at early ages?

Wrestling in PE

I have always wondered why wrestling was never common in physical education. Personally i am a wrestler, so i am probably pretty biased about the subject, but if traditional classes contain basketball, baseball, football, soccer, and volleyball i do not see the difference in having wrestling in the curriculum. I am currently enrolled in Slippery Rock University and majoring in Physical Education. When i graduate and hopefully become a teacher i plan on including wrestling into my curriculum. I believe the sport of wrestling can teach students a lot more then just skills but also discipline and body awareness. It would be intended for high school and middle school students.
